*The departure and arrival time of cruise ship can be affected by weather, air pressure, tidal times, technical problems and changes to
itineraries by the cruise lines.

Ticket Cancellation Policy:

1. Tickets are not cancellable, non-refundable. All sales are final.
2. Ticket schedule changes & cancellation will not be possible with in 72hrs of journey.
3. If a person can show valid reason, severe medical condition and can show valid documents from hospital or doctors over 48 hrs then 30% charges (20% Cancellation charge and 10% Service charge) will be applicable depending on authority discretion.
4. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
5. If passengers delay and ship departs the port, there will be no refund.
6. If cruise timing are not met by the ship/cruise or cruise left early without notifying customers or any unavoidable natural calamities if journey cancelled the cruise authority will fully refund the ticket price.
7. Authority may change any given terms at any point to facilitate better proceedings.

St. Martin is a very attractive destination for tourists. Even then, many hesitate to take any pleasure trip to the island for various hassles, including the lack of direct ship service from the beach town of Cox’s Bazar. However, the worry is over.

A total of 582 people will be able to enjoy the thrilling journey through the Bay of Bengal.

The ship will start for the island from the BIWTA ghat of North Nuniachhara at 7am while the return journey will begin at 3pm from the St. Martin’s Island, tourists have to float for around 5 hours on the Bay during the journey.

Advanced technologies, including GPS, Echo Sounder System, Radar and Compass, have been attached to the ship for smooth navigation. Besides, fire extinguishing equipment are also there in the ship.

There are also lifesaving instruments like life jackets, life-rafts, lifebuoys and lifesaving boats to face any emergency situation.
